A 20–250 person company
Large enough that disconnected information creates real operating cost, but still able to improve a workflow without a year of committees.
FORWARD-DEPLOYED ENGINEERING / BUILT FROM MEXICO
Sandbulb gets close to the way your company actually operates—working directly with the people, tools, and information involved—then turns that context into tailored software delivered continuously. Discovery can happen onsite or remotely.
START SMALL One critical workflow first. Expand only after it works.
THE REAL OPERATING PROBLEM
Customer history in one tool. Operations in spreadsheets. Decisions in WhatsApp. Knowledge in someone’s inbox.
The result is duplicate work, incomplete information, and expensive software that still does not match the way your company operates.
WHERE SANDBULB FITS
Headcount alone does not define a good fit. A 20-person company can carry enterprise-level software cost when customer, order, and operating data is spread across several paid systems.
NOT A FIT A marketing site, a one-off prototype, or a plan to replace every system at once.
Large enough that disconnected information creates real operating cost, but still able to improve a workflow without a year of committees.
CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, messaging, reporting, and automation overlap—yet people still re-enter data and chase context manually.
A decision-maker can give us access to the people, artifacts, and systems involved, then help the team adopt what we ship.
All amounts are shown in USD. This is not a guaranteed saving and is not net of Sandbulb’s fee. The first working session identifies what should stay, integrate, or be replaced.
The honest comparison: Sandbulb is a $5,000 USD per month build-and-delivery investment, not an instant net saving. The direct license reduction becomes most valuable as redundant tools are retired and the owned system continues after handover.
Audit one workflowWHAT WE BUILD AROUND YOU
We do not begin with a software catalog. We begin with your operation, then build the smallest coherent system that can replace complexity and move the business forward.
Customers, orders, documents, tasks, and decisions brought into one place your team can actually use.
A commercial system shaped around your real sales process—not a generic CRM your team has to work around.
We connect the tools that still matter and remove duplicate entry, manual handoffs, and missing context.
AI and automation applied where they save real time: documents, decisions, follow-up, and repetitive operations.
SUCCESS CASES
Explore how each engagement moves from a fragmented operational workflow to tailored software the team can use.

This is an ongoing delivery loop—not four fixed weeks. We use onsite discovery when physical context matters, then keep execution moving across locations through focused calls, asynchronous decisions, and working demos.
Book a working sessionWe gather context directly from the people doing the work through focused sessions—onsite or remote—real artifacts, and access to the workflow, not a generic questionnaire.
We start building while discovery continues, validating the workflow with the people who use it and connecting the essential data, documents, and tools.
Remote delivery is the default. Daily async updates and weekly demos keep decisions fast, preserve focus, and make the engagement work across locations.
When location allows and an important discovery, decision, or rollout will benefit from being together, we can plan an onsite working session.
NOT ANOTHER SOFTWARE RENTAL
One place for customers, operations, knowledge, and action
Production-grade code and documentation in your environment
Fewer unnecessary licenses and disconnected subscriptions
A system that can keep changing as your business changes
You speak directly with the person shaping and building the system—without an account-manager handoff.
Repositories, cloud accounts, permissions, and production access are agreed explicitly before sensitive data moves.
Documentation, source code, deployment instructions, and credentials remain ready for a clean handover whenever the engagement ends.
SIMPLE MONTHLY PRICING
An ongoing forward-deployed engineering partnership, billed month to month and designed to keep delivering across locations.
One active business priority, carried from operational discovery through continuous delivery and production.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
We choose the format that best exposes the real workflow. Discovery can include onsite working sessions when being present will reveal important context. Delivery then continues across focused calls, daily asynchronous updates, and weekly demos, with additional onsite sessions planned when they materially improve a decision or rollout.
Sometimes, yes. We first identify what each tool actually does for your operation. Then we consolidate the useful workflows into one tailored system and keep integrations only where they provide more value than complexity.
No. Sandbulb is based in Mexico and works with companies internationally. Ongoing international delivery usually happens remotely; onsite availability depends on the client’s location, the project, and whether meeting in person will materially improve the work.
Yes. The production code, documentation, and core system are yours. Cloud services or third-party products that you choose to retain are billed separately by their providers.
No. Sandbulb is an ongoing forward-deployed engineering partner. Billing is month to month so you can renew or cancel before the next cycle, while the work continues for as long as it keeps creating value.
You receive a concise asynchronous update every active working day, a weekly demo of working software, and access to a shared delivery board showing priorities, decisions, completed work, and blockers.
Not a month of slides. We agree on one workflow, map the real operation, establish access and security boundaries, and begin delivering the smallest useful slice. The first cycle ends with working software in people’s hands, what we learned, and a clear next priority—not a promise that the whole company is transformed in four weeks.
We agree on the minimum access required before work begins, use client-controlled environments whenever practical, document permissions and data flows, and avoid copying production information into unnecessary tools. Specific confidentiality, retention, and security requirements are confirmed in the engagement agreement.
START WITH ONE MESSY, IMPORTANT WORKFLOW
In one focused working session, we’ll map the people, tools, and handoffs involved—and define the first deployment priority and delivery rhythm.
