Website information
The website describes Sandbulb’s current service model and is provided as general information. It is not a binding proposal, warranty, or commitment to deliver a specific outcome, timeline, integration, or saving.
Pricing and estimates
The $5,000 USD monthly engagement shown on this site is the current standard starting point for the stated operating-system engagement. Final scope, timing, payment schedule, taxes, third-party costs, and any changes are confirmed in a written agreement before work begins.
Working sessions
Submitting the intake form or booking a session does not create a client relationship. Please do not submit confidential credentials, regulated data, trade secrets, or personal information that is not necessary to discuss the workflow at a high level.
Engagement terms
Any project is governed by a separate signed agreement covering scope, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality, fees, termination, warranties, and liability. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on providers such as Calendly, hosting platforms, analytics services, or other third-party tools. Their availability, content, pricing, and privacy practices are outside Sandbulb’s control and are governed by their own terms.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another party’s rights.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as available and may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Sandbulb is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this informational website.
