When you request a working session, we may collect your name, work email, company, location, a description of the workflow you want to discuss, the tools involved, and the appointment information you choose. We may also receive basic technical information such as browser type, referring page, and interaction events when analytics are enabled.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to your request, prepare for the session, assess whether Sandbulb is a suitable fit, schedule the appointment, maintain security, and improve the website and booking experience. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that help operate this site, schedule meetings, host infrastructure, deliver email, or measure website performance. Calendly will process appointment information once the live calendar is connected. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We use proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or object to its continued use, by emailing hello@sandbulb.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, contractual, or legal reasons.
International processing
Sandbulb is based in Mexico and may work with service providers or clients in other countries. Information can therefore be processed outside your location, subject to applicable safeguards and contractual requirements.

We may update this notice as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest published version.
